Fragrance house
Nabeel
Nabeel was founded in 1969 by Asghar Adam Ali Al Attar. Conceptualized in Yemen, it moved its base to Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, in 1990, and developed into an international fragrance business while retaining an Arabic perfumery orientation. Its identity spans Oriental and Arabic perfumery, including perfumes, bakhoor, oils, oud, and related scented products, alongside an emphasis on innovation in fragrance creation and packaging. The Nabeel bakhoor label, previously known as Touch Me, was identified in a 2013 company submission as a milestone representing the brand’s Occidental fragrance spirit. In 2019, the Nabeel group launched SHUMUKH, reported as winning two Guinness World Records, a major visibility milestone for its luxury fragrance direction. The group later introduced The Spirit of Dubai as a luxury fragrance line, whose first 15 fragrances were created by Asghar Adam Ali. Nabeel is currently presented as the parent group’s heritage Oriental fragrance brand alongside Chris Adams and Nuvo.
