Nasengold

Nasengold is a German fragrance label based in Hamburg, with perfumes conceived and produced in Germany. The brand began in mid-2013 after Anja Plesch proposed its name, while Christian Plesch developed its fragrance meaning. Plesch is Nasengold’s perfumer and creative originator; he trained at the Haarmann & Reimer perfumery school in Holzminden and later worked as a junior perfumer in Paris. Nasengold presents contemporary, unisex fragrances through playful creative design and unconventional typography, with an emphasis on clarity, simplicity, transparency and elegance. Its initial 2013 fragrances were #S and :P, followed by G. and, in 2017, /L. The first fragrance, #S, required new production after its first two months and won the Best Niche Perfume in 2015 award in Denmark. The official site presents :P as a pepper-led, woody-amber counterpart to #S.
