NASRIN

NASRIN is a German fragrance brand founded by Rosanna Rothenberger, with brand development recorded from May 2022. Its name comes from Persian and means “wild rose”; the brand was named after Nasrin, an Afghan war survivor and young mother. Rothenberger and Nasrin were connected through Women for Women International Germany in 2021, a relationship that developed into an official partnership between the organization and NASRIN. The brand’s creative identity presents fragrance as a means of connection and sensory ritual, returning to the rose as a central motif and exploring contrasts such as softness and strength. NASRIN launched its first fragrance, rose douce, in April 2023. The rose-centered composition was created by perfumer Hélène Vonesch of Firmenich/scentmate, who translated Rothenberger’s creative concept into the fragrance.
