Natura Siberica

Natura Siberica was founded in Russia by entrepreneur Andrey Trubnikov, with the broader natural-cosmetics venture dating to 2007 and the flagship brand created in 2008. Conceived around Siberian plants and herbs, it built its identity on wildflowers and herbs from the Far North and Far East, combined with scientific expertise, European standards, and COSMOS certification. An independent case study places Natura Siberica early in Russia’s natural-cosmetics niche and associates it with Russian traditions, Siberia’s wilderness image, international certification, and ingredients from remote regions. In 2020, rights to several brands including Natura Siberica were transferred to the Estonian company OU Good Design, then owned by Andrey and Irina Trubnikov. After Andrey Trubnikov died in January 2021, relatives became involved in a dispute over inheritance, control, and management, disrupting the company’s control structure and brand continuity. The brand entered fine fragrance in 2017 with a first limited collection of four selective perfumes inspired by Siberia; SIBÉRIE MON AMOUR from that collection received the Local Premium for Women award that year.
