Navitus Parfums

Navitus Parfums was founded in 2019 by Hayan Merchant, after he spent two years studying fragrance ingredients and development with perfumers and visiting rose fields in Grasse, France. Its inaugural U.S. collection arrived in the latter half of 2019 with seven fragrances, expanding to eleven by April 2020. Steven Gavrielatos, identified as creative director, helped shape the perfumes and their final forms, alongside early perfumers including Christian Carbonnel, Bertrand Duchaufour, and Jorge Lee. The house frames its work around individuality and storytelling, with a range spanning fruity florals, gourmands, and boozy compositions. Its early naming system used Latin words associated with virtues, sentiments, or states of mind, while the logo interprets infinity as a never-ending pathway. On February 25, 2024, Navitus officially launched in the United Arab Emirates at Atelier Perfumery in Dubai. Its fragrance identity emphasizes gourmand and boozy styles, including a fall-season bestseller centered on brandy, dried fruits, and dates, as well as a separate rose-focused flagship concept.
