NBC, formally Nature’s Beauty Creations Ltd, is a Sri Lankan cosmetics company based in Horana. Founded by Samantha Kumarasinghe, the company developed around inspiration from Sri Lankan nature, traditional plant knowledge, herbal personal care, and environmental conservation. Its public identity centers on natural and Ayurvedic personal-care brands, particularly Nature’s Secrets, alongside commitments to sustainability and biodiversity conservation. Nature’s Secrets products have received NATRUE natural certification, while NBC received Sri Lanka’s National Green Award – Gold for 2013/14 and the Presidential Environment Award – Gold for 2021/22. NBC entered the fragrance market in January 2013 with S-Cologne, a three-variant line for executive women, and subsequently introduced the three-variant NS Black collection for men.
