Nectar Olfactif
Nectar Olfactif first appeared publicly in 2024, founded by David Perrin, a niche-perfume collector with prior experience in perfume manufacture and packaging for other niche brands. Its identity draws on bees, nectar, flowers, plants, fruit trees, nature, travel and the history of civilizations, using the bee’s collection of nectar as a metaphor for selecting perfume raw materials. That imagery carries into a honey-colored cubical bottle, a honeycomb-referencing cap and a gold bee emblem inspired by a bee preserved in amber in Myanmar. Perrin developed the fragrances with Robertet perfumers Sidonie Lancesseur and Serge de Oliveira, while the first creative opus drew on the Nile in Egypt, Bali’s vegetation, Mexican vanilla and almond from western Asia. In 2025, Nectar Olfactif presented Ambre Cristal and Cerana at Esxence in Milan, extending the creative narrative to personal travel and Asian fruit imagery.
