Nefertum

Nefertum is an Australian fragrance brand founded by Ben Talty and Fletcher Baker after a trip to Egypt, where they developed an appreciation for Egyptian perfume-oil craftsmanship and traditional production methods. The founders established the brand to bring that craftsmanship to Australia through a modern fragrance brand focused on consistency and long-term growth. Its identity draws on Egyptian inspiration and on the name Nefertum, which they associate with the Egyptian god of beauty and aromatherapy. Nefertum imports fragrance oils from Egypt and blends or handcrafts its perfumes in Australia. Its collection comprises six Egypt-inspired signature fragrances spanning woody, floral, vanilla, spicy, fruity, and musky styles. The six perfumes were launched in 2024 and made in collaboration with both founders.
