Neud

Neud is an Indian personal-care brand owned by Wet and Dry Personal Care Pvt Ltd, the company registered behind it on 15 December 2013. Its identity spans skincare, haircare, hair-removal products, cosmetics, perfumes and deodorants, within a wider portfolio that also includes everteen, Nature Sure and ManSure. The brand’s documented work includes its Natural Hair Inhibitor, recorded in the Indian government’s May 2019 copyright register. In June 2025, the Delhi District Court found prima-facie evidence of Wet and Dry’s prior use of the Neud mark, supported by invoices from 2017 and 2018, and restrained use of the deceptively similar mark Neude for related cosmetics and personal-care goods. Neud sells fragrances, but the available evidence does not establish a particular scent, fragrance family or collection as its signature.
