New Brand Parfums

New Brand Parfums is a fragrance brand of PC Design, an international fragrance manufacturer based in Tangier, Morocco. Its documented history reaches back to 2004, when Belgian company BVBA New Brand Perfumes was created to distribute New Brand products made by PC Design; court records also document shipments of New Brand World Champion and Grand Large in 2008. In the United States, the mark’s first use and first use in commerce are recorded as January 31, 2012; PC Design filed the trademark application on June 2, 2011, and the mark was registered on September 18, 2012. Today, PC Design identifies New Brand as one of its house brands and presents it as an evolving collection across five categories: New Brand, New Brand Prestige, New Brand Intense, New Brand Master, and New Brand Oriental.
