Niceone

Nice One is a Saudi beauty and personal-care e-commerce company founded in 2017 and registered in Riyadh. Its early development included launching an app and website that year, followed in 2018 by the creation of its first private-label brands and the acquisition of sale rights for its first exclusive brand. Originally established by Omar Ali Abdulrahman AlOlayan as Bahr Almontajat Trading Est, the business became a limited-liability company in 2018. Wajhat AlHamra for Investment Company entered its ownership structure through a capital increase and share transfers in 2021. On 30 March 2024, the business changed its legal name to Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing Company, and in May 2024 it became a closed joint-stock company. Nice One began trading on the Saudi Exchange Main Market on 8 January 2025. Its digital retail offering spans makeup, perfume, skincare, haircare, and related products, making fragrance one part of a broader beauty and personal-care business rather than a standalone fragrance house.
