Odin

Odin was founded in New York’s East Village in 2004 by Eddy Chai and Paul Birardi as a men’s boutique created in response to the lack of stores dedicated solely to men. The founders built it as a curated lifestyle concept spanning menswear, accessories, grooming, art objects, books, and other selected goods, then expanded into additional New York retail concepts including a Lafayette Street location and the designer-focused Den. In 2009, Odin entered fragrance with three unisex scents—Nomad, Owari, and Century—developed over more than a year with German fragrance company Drom. The fragrance line became a numbered collection, adding 04 Petrana in 2010, 06 Amanu and 07 Tanoke in 2011, and home fragrances that same year. 06 Amanu won the 2012 FiFi Indie Fragrance Award.
