Fragrance house

Oraculum

Founded in Prague in 2021 by Renáta Tallarini, formerly Renáta Muchová, Oraculum is a Czech/European perfume house built around the idea that fragrance is part of personal identity rather than a trend-driven accessory. Tallarini came to perfumery from food photography and brand-campaign work, and her search for a scent expressing her personality—along with a jasmine perfume from her mother—provided the starting point for the brand. Oraculum began with oil perfumes before adding alcohol-based fragrances and incense. Tallarini curates the coherence of its fragrances, objects, images, and collaborations with artists, designers, and craftspeople; each fragrance carries a five-number signature linking numbers to ingredients within the collection. In 2025, the house undertook a substantial visual rebrand, discontinued its oil format, introduced travel sizes of its classical fragrances, and released Krucifist on September 18. Arabesque received the 2024 Czech Fragrance of the Year award, while Santalist was associated with the brand’s new visual and conceptual image.
