Pancaldi

Pancaldi & B is an Italian shirtmaking brand founded in 1949 by Bolognese Albertina Bottazzi Pancaldi. Over time, it expanded from men’s and women’s clothing into a younger line and a leather collection, while its identity came to center on Italian fashion, creative menswear, distinctive styling, material quality, and attention to detail. In 2005, the Inghirami Group acquired Pancaldi, after which a brand-requalification process began, including the recovery of historical prints from the brand archive. PANCALDI & B. is recorded as a historical trademark in Italy, with FIN.ING. S.R.L. listed as its holder in an entry registered on 12 March 2021.
