Pantomime

Established in 2023, Pantomime Parfum was founded by Amsterdam-based designer Jeroen Oude Sogtoen, with perfumer Fredrik Dalman identified as part of the founding team. Before Pantomime, Oude Sogtoen founded Zenology and the niche perfume house Maison Mona di Orio in 2004 while developing an amenity line for a boutique hotel in Amsterdam. Pantomime was created around an olfactory language intended to express emotions without words. Its stated approach places synthetic raw materials in the lead role, combining them with selected natural materials to create clarity within depth. The fragrances are arranged as theatrical acts or scenes, inviting wearers to project their own memories, stories and emotions; the current collection comprises six acts.
