Parfums de Rosine
Parfums de Rosine began in 1911, when Paul Poiret founded Les Parfums de Rosine as the fragrance branch of his couture house and named it for his daughter, Rosine. The original house was revived in 1991 under Marie-Hélène Rogeon, with authorization from Poiret’s daughter Perrine Duval. Drawing on family perfumery heritage and her own professional experience, Rogeon subsequently focused the brand on rose perfumes. Rose is the house’s olfactory center: its history describes a collection of differentiated rose fragrances, and rose is most often the central note across its perfumes. La Rose de Rosine, Poiret’s first perfume, is identified as the house’s signature scent and carries the rose motif associated with his clothing labels. Following Rogeon’s death, her son Louis, who had worked with her for 15 years, introduced a more modern and playful direction in 2021, particularly through the Les Extravagants collection. On 16 October 2023, all 40 shares were transferred to AA Investments (HK) Limited, which became sole shareholder.
