Perfume Samples

Perfume Samples is a Manchester-based independent fragrance-sampling retailer founded by TJ Penpee. The concept originated from Penpee’s desire to try a variety of fragrances without purchasing every full-size bottle, an idea he says occurred to him more than ten years ago. The business operates as part of Penpee Ltd, an active private limited company incorporated in England on 4 February 2011. Its service focuses on independently rebottled samples from other fragrance brands, with no endorsement, authorisation, or affiliation claimed with those manufacturers or brand owners. Customers can order individual samples or select fragrances for monthly delivery through a recurring subscription.
