Perfumes Capital

Perfumes Capital is a Dubai-rooted fragrance label presented as a luxury sub-brand of Emper Perfumes, the Dubai-based House of Emper. Its documented public emergence came through an international debut in Miami in January 2026, followed by its arrival in the UAE by June 4, 2026. Conceived as distinct from Emper’s wider portfolio, the brand was associated with co-founder Azhar Akbar Mun. Its creative identity draws on Mun’s international travels, framing fragrances as olfactory postcards connected to destinations, cultures, emotions, or moments. The brand also draws on Dubai’s perfumery heritage, presenting each collection as a world or destination; eight collections were publicly presented at launch. Perfumes Capital’s parent house was established in Dubai in 2006 by Akbar Mun, and Emper describes Azhar Akbar Mun as carrying forward that family legacy.
