Philly & Phill

Philly & Phill is a German niche fragrance house founded in Munich in 2009 by Tanja Bublitz and Stefan Cozma. Bublitz, a fourth-generation manager of Munich perfumery Brückner, and Cozma, who comes from Munich’s gastronomy and hospitality world, built the brand around “The Essences of Love,” translating their relationship, memories, places, and emotionally significant encounters into scent. Its first documented fragrances appeared in 2010, including Rosa/Boudoir Belle and Grey/Romeo on the Rocks. In 2012, the house released three creations containing oud, including two masculine fragrances and one unisex fragrance. Its fragrances have been created with perfumers Jérôme Epinette, Hamid Merati-Kashani, and Christian Carbonnel. Today, the house’s identity centers on real love stories and emotional storytelling across self-love, passion, desire, and lasting connection. The current operating entity is P&P GmbH, registered in Munich, with Bublitz and Cozma identified as its responsible principals.
