Pierre Guillaume Cruise/Croisiere

Pierre Guillaume Paris is a French independent perfume house founded in 2005 by Pierre Guillaume, a chemist from a family of chemists who began collecting essential oils and fragrant materials in childhood. At about 25, Guillaume created 02 Coze while trying to reproduce the smell of his father’s cigar cellar; the fragrance was quickly noticed by critics and helped bring his work to perfume blogs and professional buyers in the early 2000s. The house’s numbered collection, formerly known as Parfumerie Générale, organizes scents around numbered olfactory themes, including tobacco and orange blossom, within a creative identity combining contemporary, eclectic, narrative and wearable perfumery with technical control and poetic expression. Guillaume became artistic director of Phaedon Paris at the beginning of 2010, and Phaedon Paris was bought by him in 2013. Launched in 2015, the Cruise/Croisière Collection explores travel through open spaces, wild nature, distant places, the sea, islands, jungle and movement; its first quartet comprised Entre Ciel et Mer, Jangala, Paris Seychelles and Long Courrier.
