Pink MahogHany

Pink MahogHany is a Texas-based independent perfume house founded in 2005 by Chavalia Mwamba. The business began after Mwamba noticed changes in fragrances she had previously preferred and encountered complaints about headaches, rashes, and other adverse reactions; at first, it served as a personal remedy. Although founded in 2005, its first product was officially created and launched in 2011. Based in Longview, the founder-led fragrance design studio works across bespoke perfumery, scent branding, sensory education, and experiential scent design. Mwamba is the house’s founder and perfumer; self-taught with a background in music and education, she approaches compositions like songs. By 2025, Pink MahogHany had expanded from an initial three-perfume collection to a portfolio of 18 fragrances and bespoke scent creation for other brands. Its fragrance work includes SexYÖUality, a 2022 scent and the first launch from the YÖU Collection, which received Best Unisex Fragrance and Fragrance of the Year at the 2023 Pinappos Awards.
