Pink Sugar

Pink Sugar is associated with Selectiva S.p.A., an Italian fragrance and body-care company founded in 2001 by the Paglieri Group. Its public identity centers on pinkness, sweetness, playfulness, imagination, and the meeting of youthful fantasy with growing up. The original Pink Sugar fragrance launched in 2004 as an Aquolina fragrance and became the signature scent associated with that brand. A gourmand in the oriental-vanilla family, it combines caramel, vanilla, cotton candy, and red fruits in a sugary, enveloping profile. Created in collaboration with Givaudan and perfumer Shyamala Maisondieu, the fragrance reached millions of women worldwide. By 2022, Selectiva had developed Pink Sugar as a distinct line beyond its original Aquolina association. Lollipink was presented as a more adult, sensual, and floral reinterpretation, while Paglieri’s 2024 corporate report also cited Lollilove and Lollipink as part of the line’s continuing development. Pink Sugar is currently operated through Selectiva, under the direction and coordination of Paglieri S.p.A.
