Portals Parfums by Melanie Martinez

Portals Parfums by Melanie Martinez launched in 2023 as a fragrance line created by Melanie Martinez in partnership with Flower Shop Perfumes. Inspired by Martinez’s third studio album, Portals, its debut collection comprises four fragrances, each designed to reflect one of the four classical elements. During development, Martinez designed the initial packaging concept, worked with a 3D artist, and spent substantial time revising the fragrances. The debut was made in collaboration with perfumers Laurent Le Guernec, Natasha Côté, Patty Hidalgo, and Catherine Selig. The line developed from Cry Baby Perfume Milk, a self-released 2016 perfume described in Martinez’s official biography as a sold-out success. After its launch, Portals Parfums expanded beyond eau de parfum into candles, body sprays, and perfume pendants.
