Rachel Zoe
Rachel Zoe began on June 16, 2010, when stylist Rachel Zoe partnered with LF USA, a Li & Fung subsidiary, to create a contemporary lifestyle collection, with Zoe overseeing its creative vision. Before the collection launched, Zoe had established herself as a celebrity stylist, and the brand’s identity grew from her fashion lens and Hollywood styling work. The Rachel Zoe Project, which ran on Bravo from 2008 to 2013, helped shape its public media identity, while The Zoe Report began as a newsletter in 2009 and Box of Style followed in 2015. The Rachel Zoe Collection launched in 2011 with ready-to-wear, footwear, and jewelry, expressing a vintage-inspired approach centered on glamour, luxury, and individual style. Fragrance joined the lifestyle business in 2021, when Rachel Zoe Fragrance introduced its first collection of four unisex scents: Warrior, Empowered, Instinct, and Fearless. On December 16, 2025, Gordon Brothers announced a majority investment in the brand’s intellectual property and related consumer business; Zoe remained a significant shareholder, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, and board member.
