Ranger Station

Founded in Nashville in 2015 by Steve and Jordan Soderholm, Ranger Station began with a candle poured into a reusable cocktail glass. Steve started making candles and fragrances as a creative project while touring as a drummer, and Jordan helped turn it into a business by launching its first website. The family-owned brand evolved from candles into a Nashville fragrance house offering personal fragrances alongside home and body scent products. Its creative identity draws on American memory, nature, music, and storytelling, with unisex fragrances intended for everyday wear. Steve Soderholm is the brand’s founder and perfumer, bringing a self-taught approach shaped by music and memories of northern Minnesota. Leather + Pine, inspired by his childhood summers in Minnesota’s Boundary Waters and memories of pine and leather, was the original debut scent and is identified as the brand’s original best-selling fragrance. In 2025, Ranger Station marked its tenth anniversary with a limited Leather + Pine 2015 Edition revisiting its original candle and early visual identity.
