Recipe For Men

Recipe For Men was founded by Jesper Rönnbäck, Jesper Matsch, and Mikael Snabb after their experience of harsh, cold, dry Nordic conditions while skiing inspired a practical men’s skincare concept. The brand launched in Sweden in 2004 after nearly three years of development, built around effective formulas, simple product logic, Scandinavian design, and subtle fragrances. Its red packaging and Scandinavian design became enduring elements of its identity. In 2014, Apoteket’s annual report described a men’s skincare line developed in collaboration with Recipe For Men. In fragrance, the brand presents Mountains as its first signature fragrance, created to represent its Scandinavian origins and the clear air of northern mountains. Mountains was developed with perfumers Pierre Wulff and Jérôme Epinette.
