Red Pearl
Red Pearl Inc. was founded in Oregon in 2002 as an importer of perfumes and beauty products from Paris and West Africa. The Red Pearl fragrance label is associated with France, with Paris Bleu Parfums identified as its parent company. Its namesake fragrance was released in 1999 and is marketed by Société Parisienne de Parfums et Cosmétiques, or SPPC, a company created in 1989 around Parisian inspiration and French perfumery expertise. In June 2021, SPPC changed its corporate identity, introducing a new logo, visual system, website, and restructured brand architecture as Paris Bleu receded from the public presentation. The relaunch presented Cyrus as SPPC’s principal men’s fragrance brand and Sistelle as its principal women’s fragrance brand. Red Pearl’s fragrance legacy is most closely associated with its namesake scent, a sweet, oriental-style composition described as a popular release.
