Revolution Beauty
Founded in 2014 by Adam Minto and Tom Allsworth, Revolution Beauty began as a makeup-focused brand and developed into a multi-brand, multi-category beauty group spanning makeup, skincare, and haircare. Its stated identity emphasizes accessible, high-quality beauty, self-expression, inclusivity, and challenging limiting beauty standards. Revolution Beauty became a publicly traded company on 19 July 2021, when Revolution Beauty Group plc was admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market. On 25 February 2022, the group acquired certain intellectual-property assets and inventory of US cosmetics brand BH Cosmetics for integration within its wider portfolio. On 22 August 2025, it ended a formal sale process, proposed an equity fundraise backed by cornerstone investors including Debenhams and the founders, and announced the return of its co-founders to lead a refreshed, founder-supported strategy.
