Revolution Makeup

Makeup Revolution launched in London in March 2014, founded by Adam Minto and Tom Allsworth. Its approach centers on accessible beauty, inclusivity and representation across skin tones, with products developed in response to consumer feedback and trends. In 2017, Mermaid Holdco, a vehicle controlled by funds managed by TSG Consumer Partners, invested in the group to support expansion with beauty retailers and infrastructure development; Revolution Beauty Group plc began trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market on 19 July 2021. The group’s shares were suspended in September 2022 amid accounting and reporting issues and returned to AIM on 28 June 2023 after the FY22 audit and related work were completed. Its fragrance collection includes Revolutionary Eau de Toilette.
