Roberto Ugolini
Roberto Ugolini is a fragrance project developed by Florentine bespoke shoemaker Roberto Ugolini and German perfume expert and distributor Herbert Stricker. Its creative identity translates the atmosphere and craft of Ugolini’s Florentine shoemaking workshop into perfumery, connecting Florence, leatherwork, traditional craftsmanship, and the workshop’s visual language. The line’s first three fragrances—Oxford, Loafer, and Kitten Heel—were released in 2018. Its presentation links fragrance to shoemaking through hand-punched leather labels and horn stoppers on the bottles. The collection’s flagship and best seller, 17 Rosso, takes its name from the original workshop address, Via dei Michelozzi 17 R, with R meaning Rosso, or red. In April 2026, the brand launched Casentino, inspired by Tuscany’s woven Casentino wool, extending its craft-based visual language to a regional textile reference.
