Rockford

Launched in 1984 as a men’s fragrance brand, Rockford built its identity around masculine perfumery and themes of personality, strength, and vitality. The brand achieved immediate success and, in 1991, was identified as Italy’s leading men’s perfume. It originally belonged to J&E Atkinson; after that firm closed, Rockford was sold as a standalone brand to Eurocosmesi, whose portfolio currently includes it and whose fragrance work involves collaborations with international perfumers and noses. The original Rockford fragrance is the clearest defining example, with its 1984 launch, immediate success, and 1991 national sales milestone.
