Roméa d'Améor

Roméa d’Améor was founded by Annie Vannier, while its associated French company, EVERITY, was created on 17 July 2007. A professional profile records the launch of the new brand at Paris’s Galeries Lafayette in November–December 2007, while fragrance references generally date its initial collection to 2008. Its creative concept focused on perfumes dedicated to historically important women, with each fragrance paired with a flower intended to symbolize its subject’s temperament. Created by Pierre Bourdon in cooperation with Annie Vannier, the principal collection comprised seven historically themed fragrances, including The Princesses of Venice, The Sovereigns of Egypt, and The Taj Mahal’s Eternal Love. Roméa d’Améor is documented especially through this historical-women concept and Bourdon collaboration, rather than through one separately documented bestseller, hit, or signature fragrance.
