Saguara
Saguara Perfumes was launched in 2016 by Los Angeles perfumer Linda Sivrican, inspired by her frequent visits to Joshua Tree National Park. A house brand of Los Angeles fragrance house Capsule Parfumerie, Saguara centers its identity on California desert flora, including desert flowers and native herbs, expressed through handmade artisan scents. Founded by Mike and Linda Sivrican, Capsule Parfumerie has operated in handmade perfume since 2012. In 2020, it consolidated its sensory businesses under the Capsule Parfumerie name when Orris Perfumery was renamed. Linda Sivrican is the perfumer and creative figure associated with Saguara, drawing on botanical, desert, coastal, and cosmic cues through a California perspective. Saguara is especially associated with Coyote Mint, identified as a bestseller within Capsule’s fragrance businesses. The desert-oriented scent combines cooling herbs and fresh mint with a smoky facet. In 2019, Allure included Saguara among West Coast niche brands using local botanical inspiration and covered its Sagebrush fragrance.
