Sahlini Parfums

Sahlini Parfums is a French perfume house founded by Céline Martin in 2006. Born in India, adopted and raised in France, Martin worked as a graphic designer before creating the brand, whose name derives from her Indian birth name, Shalini. Her creative approach was shaped by a return to India, an interest in nature and essential oils, and an effort to reconcile her Indian roots with French and Western sensibilities. The house introduced its first fragrances, La Femme and L’Homme, in 2006. La Femme, the documented debut fragrance, combines India and the West and is classified as an oriental floral composition created by Martin.
