Schiapparelli Pikenz

The Schiapparelli enterprise traces its founding to 1824, when Giovanni Battista Schiapparelli began producing quinine sulfate, sulfuric acid, and pharmaceutical products in Turin. Historically pharmaceutical, the business had expanded by the late 1980s through affiliated companies into perfumery, cosmetics, and organic food; in 2003, it relaunched a pharmacy division and a cosmeceutical product line. A 2005 sector profile associated Schiapparelli Benessere Pikenz with Alfa Wassermann and with the Arrogance, Ecd 24, and Pikenz brands. Paglieri acquired the Schiapparelli mark in 2010, while Media Parfums owned the PIKENZ mark in 2021. In fragrance, the Arrogance collection is the clearest documented association: launched and produced by Schiapparelli Pikenz, it includes Arrogance Pour Homme, identified as its first male creation in 1982.
