Seboni

Seboni is a London-based perfume brand that combines traditional elegance with modern artistry. Its name comes from an ancient Cornish term associated with lathering or fluttering, ideas used to convey lightness, movement and delicacy in fragrance. The public collection is organized as numbered eau de parfums, One through Ten, presented in minimalist packaging and naming. Seboni was named in English High Court proceedings dated October 2023 involving Valorem Holdings and related companies, whose wider business was described as the manufacture, distribution and sale of luxury perfumes. A further proceeding on 16 April 2025 concerned alleged diversion and monetisation of the brand and granted interim proprietary relief concerning Seboni-related profits and assets.
