Sentifique

Sentifique began as a fragrance project in 2009 and presented its first fragrances publicly in autumn 2012. Associated with Zurich, Switzerland, the name plays on the French phrase “senteurs magnifiques.” Swiss designer and architect Friedemann Ramacher founded and creatively directed the brand, whose stated approach favored concept-led, deliberately linear fragrances over conventional top-heart-base development. Andreas Wilhelm was associated with the fragrance work, including Testostérone. A Swiss trademark-publication record dated 17 October 2022 lists “Sentifique” as deleted and names Ramacher as the holder at a Zurich address. Testostérone, launched in 2012 with a spicy oud-patchouli profile, is the clearest documented fragrance associated with Sentifique; Wilhelm later described it as one of his first loves and recalled that many people asked about it. Its concept reappeared in 2024 as TestoX under Aura Perfume, described as a unisex twist on the Sentifique original.
