Sileno Cheloni

Sileno Cheloni is a Florence-based perfumer whose own brand centers on personal, made-to-measure fragrance and olfactory experiences. After studying visual arts, photography, and design, Cheloni learned perfumery from a perfumer he met in Cyprus. The brand treats perfume as an experiential and ritual medium connected with memory, self-discovery, and personal expression. A milestone in Cheloni’s career came with the presentation of his first collection at Harrods in London, which he identified as his first customer. The Venenum Collection extends this creative language through seven fragrances built around Florentine alchemical and Renaissance references and the theme of duality. In February 2021, Daniele Cavalli acquired a majority stake in the company behind the brand, and Eva Cavalli joined the new structure as an artistic mentor overseeing creative projects.
