Fragrance house
Simone Cosac
Simone Cosac Profumi was founded in Florence in 2008 by Simone Cosac Naify, whose earlier work included law, marketing, design, and book design connected with Cosac & Naify. The house’s creative identity draws on Villa La Tana and the Renaissance-era love story of Bianca Cappello and Francesco I de’ Medici, themes woven into its perfume narratives. Its first fragrance, Perle di Bianca, grew from Cosac’s research into Bianca Cappello and a dream associated with Villa La Tana, becoming the brand’s founding olfactory reference. Fragrance development was shaped by perfumer Sonia Constant, whose collaboration with Cosac began after Cosac went to Givaudan. The Trama collection launched in 2012 with Trama and Trama Nera, then expanded in 2014 with Bianca, Peccato, Sublime, and Osé. A fragrance reference documents eight perfumes released between 2008 and 2016.
