Smooch Body

Founded in Melbourne in 2023 by Luisa Giansiracusa, Smooch Body is an Australian fragrance-mist brand shaped by a contemporary nostalgia for the 1990s body-spray format. Giansiracusa developed the brand after recalling Impulse body sprays from her youth and identifying a need for an accessible mist aimed at younger consumers; the fragrances underwent two years of testing and refinement before launch. Each scent is inspired by and named after someone close to Giansiracusa, linking the collection to personalities, relationships, memories, and everyday rituals. Smooch Body launched in June 2023 and recorded six figures in sales during its first six months. In 2025, it entered the United States through a partnership with Revolve, after initially shipping only within Australia. Ria and Janey are among the brand’s bestsellers.
