Fragrance house
Sofía Vergara
Sofía Vergara’s consumer-brand platform grew out of Latin World Entertainment, which she co-founded with Luis Balaguer in 1994. Her fragrance line began in 2014 with SOFIA BY SOFIA VERGARA, introduced through Parlux and Maesa with an initial HSN debut. Vergara participated directly in its development, and the scent’s identity drew on her Colombian heritage through Colombian flowers and an emerald-inspired bottle. LOVE BY SOFIA VERGARA followed in 2015 as a more sensual interpretation of the first fragrance, while So Very Sofia launched exclusively through Avon in 2016. In 2019, Lost in Paradise brought a tropical concept, emerald-inspired packaging, and creative direction linked to Vergara’s Colombian heritage, with development by perfumer Laurent de Guernec. In 2023, Vergara launched Toty with Cantabria Labs, a separate beauty brand focused on sun care and dermatological expertise.
