Stoneborn

Stoneborn is a Brazilian fragrance brand dating from 2025. Its concept links fragrance with nature, science, geological layering, and the formation of memories; its name is explained as “born from the rock.” Thiago Vidotto is the brand’s founder, perfumer, owner, and perfume maker. His practice began at 23 with home fragrances made from self-extracted oils, followed by experimentation with essential oils in 2017. Vidotto describes his creative work as strongly tied to scent-memory associations and created his first perfume after a vetiver experiment to preserve that sensory experience. In 2024, he bought his first professional perfume-making materials and created all Stoneborn formulas autodidactically. The brand’s listed fragrances were launched in 2025.
