Storie Veneziane

Launched in 2018 by Sophie and Didier Guillon, Storie Veneziane is a fragrance brand within the family-owned Valmont Group. Its identity draws on Venice, art, and materials, pairing fragrances associated with Venetian neighbourhoods with bottles incorporating hand-blown Murano-glass masks. Sophie Vann Guillon serves as the principal fragrance editor and creative figure for the collections, while Didier Guillon shaped their bottle design and artistic direction. In 2020, Valmont introduced Palazzo Nobile and Collezione Privata alongside the original Storie Veneziane line, bringing the group’s perfume offering to three collections. The brand grew within the wider Guillon creative ecosystem: Didier took over the Valmont brand in 1990, Sophie joined in 2000, and the family created Fondation Valmont in Venice in 2015. Rosso I is documented as the best-selling perfume across the Valmont fragrance collections, combining rose, oud, incense, and spices.
