Fragrance house
Svensk Parfym
Svensk Parfym was founded by Henrik Lestréus, whose background in physics and chemistry was followed by niche-perfumery studies in France. Lestréus has made fragrances in Sweden under the Svensk Parfym name since 2012, and the house’s first releases appeared in 2017. The brand presents itself as a fragrance concept inspired by Sweden and created there, with perfumes produced by the perfumer in small handmade batches. Its creative identity draws on Swedish nature, landscapes, culture, people, places, history, and contemporary life, bringing scientific and artistic approaches together in perfumery. In its fragrance legacy, Sadel is described as the house’s best-selling scent and the one most familiar with the brand are likely to know. En pays tribute to Swedish juniper, connecting one fragrance to a valued Swedish botanical and craft material.
