Talbot Runhof

Talbot Runhof was founded in Munich in 1992 by Johnny Talbot and Adrian Runhof, and adopted the designers’ names in 2000. Before that renaming, the pair operated the Munich store and label All About Eve, focused on cocktail and evening wear. The brand’s design language is built around fabric-led construction, refined draping, flowing silhouettes, precise tailoring, clean geometric cuts, and clothes intended to enhance rather than overshadow the wearer. It presented its first collection in Paris in October 2006, then showed regularly at Paris Fashion Week from 2007 to 2019, a period that its retrospective account counts as 25 Paris runway shows. In 2026, the State Textile and Industry Museum Augsburg presented a retrospective of the label’s Paris work within a design history spanning more than three decades. Its fragrance identity is organized around the six-part Purple collection, including Purple Cotton and Purple Leather, inspired by the designers’ favorite materials and shaped by a recurring purple color concept.
