Territoire

Territoire is a fragrance brand in the YZY Fragrances portfolio, a business founded in 1986 by Yehuda Shechter. YZY began producing its own products in 1993, after starting in fragrance distribution, and added Territoire during a portfolio expansion that ran from 2010 to 2016. In 2019, Joseph and Mordi Bouskila assumed third-generation leadership of YZY, continuing the founding family’s stewardship. Territoire is one of YZY’s three largest brands, and the line expanded with the launch of Territoire Femme in 2024. On May 13, 2026, Boyne Capital announced its investment in YZY Fragrances, characterized as the acquisition of a majority stake while partnering with the founders.
