Third Eye Fragrance Co is an independent perfume house based in Orlando, Florida, founded by Will Southard, who is its owner and perfumer. The brand began as Southard’s perfumery hobby; he spent more than two years completing Red Rum before deciding to share it publicly. Its name refers to unseen energy and aura, alongside ideas of authenticity, intentional living, and using scent as a form of self-expression. Each fragrance is given hand-drawn artwork intended to capture its imagery and mood, with the website crediting Orlando artist Earl Funk. Red Rum is the debut fragrance and the clearest defining scent in the house’s early story. In 2026, Red Rum Reserve was presented as a new version of Red Rum.
