Founded in 2021 by sisters Odile, Dominique, and Sylvie Polette, TiL is a French beauty and wellbeing brand rooted in the family estate Château de la Meynardie in Dordogne, where linden harvested from the property provides its central ingredient. The sisters developed the line after exploring linden’s potential beyond its traditional use in infusions and preserves, undertaking four years of research with plant-biotechnology specialists, patenting the Tiliactiv4 linden active, and expanding an initial hospitality soap and body-lotion concept into cosmetics and supplements. Their backgrounds in cosmetics, perfumery, and painting shape a nature-centered, science-supported identity; the range’s fragrance signature includes the linden-based Eau de toilette L’Eau qui Enlace, created by Francis Kurkdjian.
