Tocca

TOCCA began in New York in 1994, founded by Marie-Anne Oudejans, Edoardo Mantelli, and Gordon Finkelstein after Oudejans’s resort dresses attracted attention. Its early identity brought Southern European romanticism and Asian resort influences through a New York lens, with intricate embroidery as a visual signature, and the brand received the CFDA New Women’s Fashion Talent Award in 1996. TOCCA launched its Beauty line in 1997 with solid perfume and laundry-care products, later adding fragrances, candles, and Eau de Parfum. In November 2009, Onward Kashiyama acquired TOCCA’s Japanese trademark rights and transferred the Japanese brand business from its group company Bus Stop; current corporate materials identify TOCCA among the brands Onward Kashiyama operates. Today, TOCCA’s fragrance offering comprises twelve personal fragrances inspired by mythic and modern feminine muses, with Florence Eau de Parfum identified on the U.S. site as a current best seller.
