Tom Daxon
Tom Daxon was founded by Tom Daxon Bowers in 2013, after university, when he was 27. His path into perfumery was influenced by his mother Dale’s long career at Molton Brown and by childhood visits to Grasse, where he met perfumer Jacques Chabert. The brand’s perfumes were developed through a collaboration between Daxon and Chabert, creating an ingredient-led range with clean, understated presentation and modern interpretations of fragrance materials. Its fragrances are intended to be worn by any gender, while the brand describes its creative process as running from Grasse to London. By the end of 2013, Tom Daxon was stocked in Liberty’s fragrance hall. Iridium, the brand’s first scent, is identified on its official site as its perennial bestseller and is presented as a relatively subtle, modern treatment of cedarwood.
